  So,I've never really used toner in the past and tired this to even out my skin and balance out my semi-combination skin. OH MY GOD ITS AMAZING. It's been 2 weeks and my skin is smooth, flawless,and never too dry or oily. I use it in the morning after I cleanse and always put on the lifting CE emulsion after. This was so great I might try the cleansing foam next!
